Project Arc.
Built around how buildings
actually get delivered.
Project Arc Technologies Inc. is based in British Columbia, Canada. We are building one connected project record for architecture, engineering and construction teams.
WHY DOES THE PROJECT RECORD KEEP STARTING OVER?
A building project can involve dozens of companies, hundreds of people and thousands of decisions.
But as the project moves from pursuit to design, tender, construction and closeout, its information is repeatedly rebuilt, re-entered, re-uploaded and redistributed across different systems.
The building is one project.
Its digital record should be too.
BUILT FROM THE WORK,
NOT AROUND IT.
Project Arc grew from working inside the processes it is designed to improve — coordinating consultants, reviewing drawings and specifications, answering RFIs, processing submittals, managing changes and trying to preserve project history across disconnected systems.
We're building the platform we wanted the project team to already have.
One project
The record persists from pursuit through handover.
Connected information
Records reference the drawings, specifications, people and decisions they came from.
Clear responsibility
Shared collaboration does not erase professional or contractual roles.
Portable data
The project record should remain useful beyond the software that created it.
